Lilly Pulitzer-inspired Monogram Painting!

As my first "homecoming craft," I would like to share with you my monogram & Lilly Pulitzer-inspired painting that I started earlier this spring but just finished this past week!

Hello all! 
As you can see, I took a bit of a hiatus to focus on my studies... :) The good news is that I got straight 4.0s for my five courses this past semester, so naturally, I am pretty excited!! Now I get to focus a bit more on the mini crafting passion/obsession that I have been pining away for. 

So, in light of my return and as a little reminder about happiness.... :) 

How to: Modge-Podge Wooden Letter!

So, I don't have as many pictures for this project (only God knows where they all went), but it's pretty simple! :) 

Once I discovered Modge-Podge I kind of went crazy, but this is still one of my favorite DIYs. I'm also super lazy, so it helped that I didn't have to print out the paint to accomplish a chic and clean look.

I'm sure many of our mothers reminded us this... If you're going through a rough patch, just remember. :)

Tis' the season for bulky sweaters, hot cider, caramel apples, football, and of course, the changing leaves. Here's to this fall in the beautiful state of Michigan!

It's nice to be back at school. I missed the spirit, the people, the game days! So, here's to the Spartans. :)
